Coining Appoints Treasurer and Assistant Corporate Secretary

Coining, Inc. announced today that it has promoted company veteran Susan Maddox to the newly created position of Treasurer & Assistant Corporate Secretary effective immediately. In this role, Susan assumes responsibility for Coining's corporate treasury function and will have overall accountability for international cash management among Coining's principal operations in the United States, Malaysia and Morocco. She also becomes responsible for the company's human resource function as well as corporate secretary duties.

"Susan is a truly dedicated professional who has proven to be a wonderful addition to Coining's management team," explains Ken Whited, Coining's President. "She came to us as part of our acquisition of SPM in 2009. We are delighted to have her."

Susan Maddox joined SPM in 1992 as its accounting supervisor and later served as controller, corporate secretary, treasurer and chief accounting officer. She earlier worked at Microphase Corporation as accounting supervisor, assistant controller and controller and Norcon Instruments as accounting manager. Ms. Maddox earned a BS in accounting from Sacred Heart University.
